Every member of our team brings over 30 years of experience in building substantial companies. Collectively, we possess a unique combination of skills that give us a thorough perspective of a business and its prospects. Of singular note, each one of us has worked to grow businesses from three very different "chairs": that of an entrepreneur and as an owner; that
of top management in both large and small companies; and that of an outside financier and business advisor. The convergence of these experiences enables us to very quickly understand a given business, its organization, its needs, and its objectives. In addition, our experiences, track records and reputations give us the ability and credibility to quickly and efficiently raise capital to close transactions.
