ZCorp's founding entrepreneur invited Mr. McGrath to join the Board of this technology leader in the emerging field of three-dimensional printing that creates physical objects from software code. For six years, Mr. McGrath played an active role as a Director, and in its early days as a consultant as well. His principal areas of contribution included helping develop a long term financing strategy, exit strategy, and assisting with the design of an incentive compensation program, overall corporate strategy, and competitive analysis. The company was successfully sold at a value several times its worth when Mr. McGrath joined ZCorp's Board.
