OUR CRITERIA
We are looking for companies that can benefit from our guidance and assistance in "taking it to the next level" which possess all or most of the following core characteristics:
- Revenue between $10 and $100 million with an operating profit of at least $2 million
- Total enterprise value between $25 million and $100 million
- A strong competitive position in a large and growing market segment
- A dedicated and largely complete management team
- The potential for significant growth whether organically or through acquisition
- Historically profitable and/or with a credible plan to achieve near-term profitability
