Directorships
On many occasions we have served as active independent Board directors for emerging as well as established companies in both privately-held and publicly-traded settings. In certain instances, we are willing to consider serving as directors of promising companies that can benefit from our credibility, expertise and experience. Our past successes managing companies as entrepreneurs, on the one hand, and in being the financier, on the other, gives us the ability to help bridge the all-to-common “communication gap” between those who manage or own companies and those who provide capital to them.
Professional Guidance
In certain instances we have been asked to provide advisory services, often as an ancillary part of effecting a change of control. Areas where we often can be of assistance include developing exit strategies or strategic business plans, providing business valuations, introducing capital financing sources, and assisting with organizational development. When appropriate, we can partner with other groups or individuals from our large relationship network who have the specific domain expertise or contacts to address a specific issue. We are always willing to discuss how we can help build value for promising companies that face the challenges associated with business expansion.
